Bad Service from Chicken Licken Mall of the South.

Bought food and extra chips on Saturday but got home and no extra chips, called in same day and they said I could come in at anytime, today I go in and no help can't even get a refund instead they say I must come again tomorrow another inconvenience. Atrocious Service from the manager also. Please learn to hire professionals. Food is a very sensitive department.
