Bad service

I've never had such bad service at this Chicken Licken before like I had today. . . I was assisted my some tall guy by the name of Mpho he kept talking to his fellow colleague while assisting me then I bought 6 wings he asked me with chips or not I asked what's the difference he didn't answer he just took my card and swiped I told him he didn't answer me but he just swiped my card. . . I hate being made felt how I did. . . We had a Chicken Licken I know how the service should be and if this is the service I get here then I might aswel go to another one. . . I really don't know if it's the behavior, or manner people in mamelodi should be given. . .
