Bad service

Hi I was at jabulani mall chicken lickeni bought a chicken inn the one for 8 PC wen I make an order no one informed me that I'll hv to wait for almost 30 min waiting for my order wen I ask the cashier tht how long does my order have to take she told me to wait on other 6 min I asked her tht why she never told me tht I'll wait ND she answered me with attitude ND they laugh with her colique so I'm not sure if I was a joke or wat they made me look like a fool .
