Bad service ever they have bad attitude

I went to chicken at Jubilee Mall and before I paid I asked them how long will the order take and they told me that its wings and they have enough to serve me that it wont take long which was a lie I waited for more than 30 minutes and when I asked about my order why is it taking to long they advised me that they are still waiting for wings while other customers getting their order the one that I bought before them they have poor system the order must be prepared who bought first not depending with your order and I asked their coordinator to make the order for me and she said I must wait and this is not the first time waiting then I requested for the refund and they gave me in peace after wasting my time if I knew from the word go that I was going to wait for that long I shouldn't have bothered to buy wings who wait for fast food for more than 30 minutes its a quick bite for heaven sake after what happened today I dare to eat anything that has been at chicken I am disappointed by their service it doent deserve to operate I am so annoyed see me buying wings from chicken licken kill me.
