Bad service ever

Im really disappointed to find out that the meal they gave me was an old meat and cold, is this what they serve people on my regular base , could not even return it cuz I had a family funeral to attend to , im really disappointed never will I go back to the shop or either recommend it to anyone else, my day and coming to think of it im a regular customer.
