Bad service ever

Your stuff **** to us regarding the order which we waited for almost 30 min I've asked her how long is gonna take she said 5 min we even asked her name she refuse and walk away,I fail to understand why stuff do have to lie and not being honest with us,well we paying with our own money and we have to be **** to again hell no if it takes me to the stuff name Amanda manyaka she was so rude which I couldn't take it anymore i had to return the food and I want my money back it has to be pay n clear as I also occurred bank charges the other stuff also refuse with email address and refuse to call the manager too
