Bad service Chicken licken Thokoza

What a bad bad service I received from chicken licken Thokoza I thought as south Africans we understand tribalism or if someone comes in and explains that as traditional healers initiates we are not allowed to eat chicken breast or rather white meat to be specific and right In front of me the cashier and one of her colleagues start discussing how their regional manager would fight if he was to get there. To my surprise the same head office they were discussing about in boysens did render a very good service and gave me what I had asked for since I was also fully dressed up in my initiate clothes.
