Bad service at chicken licken viks

I ordered hot wings meal at the viks chicken licken(golden highways, around devland) on the fly thru as I was in a hurry. When we opened the food, first there were no s****s to eat the salds with, we had to use our fingers to lick thru the salads. Secondly, the drinks they gave us, it's like they were taken off the coca cola truck and put in our plastic bag. I have never had to drink a drink so warm. That was the first time I had a such a horrible experience with a chicken licken in my entire chicken eating life!
