BAD SERVICE AT Chicken Licken - The Zone @ Rosebank

Such BAD service!!!!

Hated the service we received at Chicken Licken - The Zone @ Rosebank.

Firstly, is there an issue if you buy meat and ask them to include white meat? Cause we literally had to beg for this, which they said its okay, but they included it.

Secondly, we bought wings and guess?? They were not the wings were not prepared correctly, as it states on the slip "IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE RETURN THE PRODUCT IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING" we did that as we were eating in and the ladies were not impressed, they kept making remarks behind our backs after they changed the wings we bought and made it unpleasant for us to enjoy our meal. Also, the meat was not well prepared as well, but how do you raise that issue with such *********** people? We just let that one slide. The entire experience at your store was totally embarrassing!!! Please train your employees about customer service! it will do much better for your business.
