Bad service at Chicken Licken Prinsloo

I'm not happy with the service I got from the pregnant lady I think her name is Confidence from chicken licken prinsloo. While she was taking my order then this taxi driver who was parked by the door was asked what he wants, then she stopped with my order and helped the guy who came after me buying ice cream.

I didn't want to be dramatic about the whole situation, but then thought this is the right platform for my complain.
