Bad service at Chicken Licken Ormonde

I bought the part 16 meal at Chicken Licken Ormonde, unfortunately the I was VERY disappointed!!! The wings tasted like soap! I tried to call the manager to explain that this might be a result of the fryers or the warmers not being rinsed properly. He was very rude, no apology or desire to fix the problem which could make many people sick. All he could say was that I should drive back from Townsview (which is quite a distance from Ormonde) and bring the wings back for him to examine them. Out of 16 wings only 5 drumettes!!! Absolutely terrible experience, never buying from this franchise again!!!
