Manner was condescending I had to ask her what her name was she said her name Leroy Thema ... Her gesture and manner was very condescending and undermining we had to ask for help from Elizabeth who begged us not to complain she saw nothing wrong with her attitude and verbalized that it's our problem we feel that way ... Her attitude needs to be addressed and dealt with .
