Bad service at Boitumelo Mall Chicken licken

Shop was open at 8:30am, walking in and trying to buy the stuff was very rude to every customer that was in the shop to extents of the staff swearing at customers and threatening to spit on the food. Welkom Boitumelo mall Chicken locked has the worst service I have ever encountered. The staff that is on the shift now has very bad customer service. Something needs to be done as they even told us that we can go wherever we want their jobs are secure and what they say goes, we couldn’t even us the rest rooms as they felt they don’t want people to mess it up. And their complaints line rings with no answer.
