Bad service and unpleasant staff.

Visited the chicken Licken in Hatfield for first time after I opted out of going to the KFC. Hoping for a good experience and I regretted why I went there at the first place.

The Staff was very unpleasant and came across as rude, I’m assuming this was because they were all eager to knock off as it was 22:50pm. Non of them were wearing name badges it was only the manager on duty Edward who was wearing a name badge. This was after I had purchased a meal, that’s when they told me I had to wait 15 - 20min , where as I was supposed to be told before I purchased.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this chicken Licken , I was not very happy.
