Im an accounted at the reserve bank , I buy chicken licken everyday at church street pretoria, upon my arrival after odering food one of the casheirs was on the frying machine with shoes infront of us customers without shoes while we are ordering without a mask as well , I asked for the manger to cancel my order as it was unhygienic for customers to buy food while seeing such , the lady by the name of sophie told me that she will not cancel it as the food is out and still why do I complain for R250.00 its not like it pays her salary or add value the chicken licken bank out, she even insuted me in front of her stuff. And siad I dont know what I want and I should never come back to the store to think a week I spend close to R1000.00 at the restaurant and to be insulted I have the video of everything and the pictures of the guy on the frying machine where the food is being prepared. I even had to throw the food away which was a loss on my side because of them failing to refund me.
