bad service and stale food

<p>Hi,</p> <p>on the 08/08/2017 I order food from the Chicken Licken on Bram Fischer Drive, Randburg. Upon getting back to my office, I opened the packet containing the mini loafs and noted the bread was extremely stale. I broke the bread and a sour smell came from it too. I then contacted them to bring it to their attention, after some difficulty explaining the issue to the employee, we finally managed to get to an agreement to deliver new loafs. Our offices are two blocks away and they sent an employee of theirs over with the replacement, however, the loafs delivered was also stale..... The lady who made the delivery asked me to open the packet and that is when I saw this too was stale, as I broke it to smell, the loafs even fell apart.. she then said, that if I have a problem again, I should go in to the franchise then proceeded to walk away.</p> <p> </p>
