Bad service and management

I'm so disappointed with Chicken Licken Dobsonville Roadhouse. As a customer for nearly 2 decades yesterday I bought as pers usual twice a week and a lady called Siphiwe made a mistake with my order Wich was short of 2 pieces of meat and only realized wen I gt home Wich is a 5min drive/15min walk to chicken licken. Drove bk and told the manager namely 'Mantome' Wich resolved de problem by adding the 2pieces of meat with additude as I told her I want a courtesy meal as I HD to drive de twice 4 a simple order as Wich dey hd made de mistake. Asked 4 a refund as she refused to compensate us. It's bad customer service and management as she cld not resolve the problem fairly. I'm never going there because customer satisfaction was not met along with good problem solving and communication. It took us an hour plus to sit down and have our meal at home because of tht!
