Bad service and lying

I am so disappointed in the service I received today at Chicken Licken at carnival mall. I went there to buy meat for my family and kids, I got there at 19.05 pm I wanted to buy rock my soul 6 then the lady that assisted me said the meat is finished!!!!??? There is only wings????? Exactly how is that possible? The store closes at 19.30 then when other people came through after me, they were assisted and bought food!!!! How is that there no meat left only wings are left but the door is opened and other people can order !!!! Is it undermining people? Or is the staff so quick to close the door that they chase ppl away with lies? I passed other shops for food just to come there !!!! I even went to buy pizza cause there is no meat at Chicken Licken!!! The lady that assisted me said her name is Nthabiseng , when my wife asked her why she ****? She said she will check if there is anymore meat left! Does that mean we must wait again in the queue? Bad service!!!l
