BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM YOUR SO CALLED MANAGER

I am unimpressed with the service I received.I bought ice cream and I realized it was a bit runny so I asked for a s****,the lady who claims to be a manager told me she cant give me a s**** since the ice cream is not in a cup.Already the ice cream was dripping on the counter,she didn't care less.Instead she brushed me off and assisted other customers.I decided to eat that ice cream at the counter where food is collected,so that it can drip there instead of messing up the floor at the airport.This is uncalled for,I am not happy at all .I almost smeared that ice cream on her face.
