Bad Service and Attitude from Staff

Today, 12th Aprillate afternoon I went to the local Chicken Licken in Alberton to order a regular meal of wings. To my shock, my fears were confirmed. The bad service and attitude I received before is actually the norm. There was no one at the till whilewe waited to order and upon inquirinf with Ms Motloung who was expediting the orders to already waiting clients. She basically told me to get off!<br> I could not believe my ears and I proceeded to order and leave. Upon my return to collect the order and I explain to Jabu to tell his colleague that the attitude she brought to work is not really welcome. He was not interested. He said, I can go and tell her that she has bad attitude. He did not even show any sign of competency in management or problem solving. Which was very pathetic for someone I have know for almost a year at this specific Chicken Licken. I am never setting foot again to help pay salaries of this people with my moolah. Either they are not trained or well trained. Or the chicken licken training is as good as OBE standards!<br> Whichever way, I am NOT setting my foot at that place.....<br> <br> Incensed!
