Bad service and attitude

On the weekend of the 25 we bought hot wings in the morning, we bought at Chicken liken roodepoort. The wings were stale, hard and bunt and very dark in colour like they were yesterdays meat. When I got home and saw the meat like that I could not drive back just for those wings again and mind due I’m writing this report this time they have me this kind of wings before and more than once, but yet it’s the only convenient one near me without driving far or west gate. When they called my order number is asked the guy packing to open the box before leaving the store and found that they were all like that, then is complained and asked him to change then he then took them and changed only the top one about 3 / 4 and rest left them that stale. He had an attitude and most of stuff in that chicken licken they are very rude, and I know a few people who complained about them. Especially in the morning they sell stale meat and they very rude and they open at their time. We have to wait for them to open when working hours says 9 and they open at 10 as if we not paying for our food it’s a feed scheme. I don’t think I appreciate their attitude most of them and if that place has a manager at all who even cares about their customers then they should look into that stuff and the meat they sell us. Hot wing must juicy, fresh and not boney because they burned or over cooked I do not understand how to describe them in simple words except its wrong treating people and feeding them such.

If their attitude do not change and they do not sort them self out I will write to ombudsman and lay a formal complain we also work for our money to eat such things though its junk food its not suppose to be **** food. Hope for future we will see an improvement in the attitude and manners of the stuff and manager should take his customers serious too. And the food is done in the correct manner like they should. Maybe they should see chicken liken wings at Sandton and taste their wings.
