Bad service accompanied by stinking attitude

Today, i went to Chicken Licken the one next to Engen garage in Alberton just after Sars. I used their drive through to order. When i got to the window to get my order, a girl by the name Thembi who was there showed no interest in what she was doing. I couldn’t even initiate the conversation or greet her because she looked very ****ed to serve me. She did not greet me, just handed my order with her other hand on her cheek. She gave it to me like she was giving it to a dog. I took it and said” Your attitude is very bad”. She just looked at me with the face that says” who are you to tell me that”? I got very angry and used their drive through to get her name. The gentleman who was assisting me to place an order, called the manager. I was instructed by the gentleman to proceed to the next window where the manager was. When i got to the window, i explained to the lady who is a manager, what happened. She kept asking the girl why? She said something but i did not hear what she was saying. The manager asked her to apologise to me, she refused and left the window. I told the manager not to force her to apologise because she is not interested and doesn’t want to. I told her about my next step, she did not have a problem with that. The way she handled the situation, it was so casual and i am even doubting the name of the girl. It looks like they are used to disrespecting customers because of the way she was towards the employee. I still cannot believe the disrespect she got from her employee infront of the customers, it clearly shows it’s a norm they all do that. The girl is very disrespectful and toxic to customers. I am not sure why she is there because nobody wants to be disrespected like that.
