Bad service

I was at the Branch at Diepkloof Zone 1. Zak Zak. I ordered my takeaway and went out to purchase other stuff at the garage. Unfortunately, I lost my slip. The stuff deadass told me that they would not give me my order without the receipt. They didn't even bother to check the transaction using my card. Pathetic service really!! I want my money back
