Bad service

I'm not happy with the service from keywest chicken licken I bought 12 hot wings , only to find out when i get home its 6 wings and already thrown away the slip but know my order number , i called them talk to the manager and he seem to understand ,he told me to come and collect my food when ever I pop up to the mall , aftr an hour they Call me again telling that they checked cameras and everything was packed ,I am so so angry
