Bad service

I’m very unhappy with the Chicken Licken in Pretoria Hatfield. For the 3rd time in a month when I visit this branch they tell me they don’t have chicken , they only left with wings… I’d be there at 9pm or 8:45pm and they tell me they don’t have anything except wings because they close their store at 9:30pm (yet the website says 10pm) and that they unable to start with preparing anything. That time you would have a number of people being turned away because of this.

I find this very disappointing and I’d appreciate if the branch manager or someone in a senior position can contact me.
