Bad service

On the 21 September it was my birthday. I drove to Chicken licken at Save ways in Witbank. I went through drive through and stood for 5min at the order point without getting help. I drove to the window and ask the lady there why am I not been helped. With stinging attitude she said they are changing shifts. This is such a bad service
