Bad service

I’ve had two bad encounters with Chicken Licken at Mall of the South in less than 2 weeks. I had placed an order through uber eats my partner went to collect reasons known to them he wasn’t given the order they only called me when he had already left the store and there was no way he was going back, decided to follow up on the order the following day by calling the store and was told my order had been kept in the fridge they couldn’t discard it without my approval 😳 I said I’d collect the order never did I think that they’d give my partner cold chicken. Second encounter was on 03/12/21 repeated the same order my partner went to collect the order and came back empty handed and this time vulgar was used by one of the employees hence he decided to leave after he was left hanging for 20 minutes plus but the app had reflected that my order was ready for collection, this time I just cancelled the order. I think the staff has a problem overall, they don’t understand customer care or it's the disrespect they have for uber eats customers.
