Bad service

I bought three pieces of chicken bt the lady was chatting with her friend nd missed my order nd gave me two pieces nd went back told her she gave us a wrong order, bt instead she gave me attitude that she can't change my order cause i was speaking low. Then i stood until she called her manager who assisted me bt the lady still had attitude infront of her manager.
