Bad service

Was at The Reef Chicken licken and got such a bad service from Felicia, no greeting she was waiting for me to greet her, I asked about the menu she showed no interest in explaining it to me... I honestly felt like she was doing me a favour. Please take your staff for some customer service training. It's disappointing coz it's not the 1st time!
