Bad service

The service I got from chicken licken @ west street was horrible and the employees there have a stinking attitude. After waiting for a while for my order I went to the counter to ask about my order the lady who took my order said my number was not at the back where they pack orders. I then asked her when will I get my order she said I'd have to wait they are cooking the chicken. I asked her how long should I wait because I've been waiting and people who placed their orders after mine had already gotten their orders, she left me there and spoke to her colleagues. I spoke to an Indian guy who was also of no help. I had to further wait for more than 10 minutes and when I got my chicken it was full of water like it was boiled. They should just close shop
