Bad service

Bought food at chicken o.r Tambo and realized that It was not what was requested from the cashier. I had to go to the shop and complain about the order and I was told by Mary that there was nothing they could do l will just have to take what was prepared if I don't want it I can just take it home. The manager on duty asI was told said it's my loss. I waited for over 20 minutes hoping that they were going to assist but unfortunately I was not assisted. Had to leave the food I have ordered and paid for at shop without getting my refund. The cashier and the manager on duty had I don't care attitude .
