bad service

I called at 09.30 to place an order for delivery i spoke to LIOYD even now we been waiting for the food, he promised i will get our food after 45 minutes . The rude part is that he don't have a decency to call us if our order will delay since we been waiting until this time . we called in at 13.10 again to check for our order he said, he still have our order with him REALLY THIS TIME we are so disappointed with your service. i gave him my contact details if the was a problem he could have called in to apologize. NONSENSE
