bad service

Chicken licken festival mall has the most bad service ever, today I ordered a lunch meal soulfire,with atchaar and what I got was the opposite,this is why, the waitresses there never listen, they talk to each other so loud while you buying, they talk with their hands thus making the service very slow because as they talk they stop working ,in this regard they mix up orders, this is not the first time I am getting a wrong order ,worst of all the manager just stands there and says nothing about this behaver,i will not be being from this shop ever again
