Bad Service

I entered the drive through, waited by speaker to place order, no response for a good 3 shouts, since I am not a parrot I then proceeded only to wait a good 3 minutes or so to be attended to. When Noluvuyo then came around, first words out of her mouth were I am not going to serve you because you didnt place an order at speaker.I then told her that better approach is to greet and find out why I didnt place order. For all I know I think you are being *********** and not doing your job by being alert and attending to orders. She later went on to threaten me by not serving me and that if I dont place orders she wont serve me. I then questioned her on her approach, manner and tone, antagonizing, she didn't care if I ordered or not, infact she wished I didnt and made it attractive for me not to order. I was either lying about proceedings or there some was something totally wrong in my head. Her attitude towards black people was evident. When I then took the complaint to Vusi Manager from the onset didnt take it seriously, firstly he was laughing and smiling as I aired my complaint and he tried all in his power to defend employee possibly because of a too comfortable relationship.
