Bad Service

Chicken Licken in Olifantsfotein or Clayville closes at 10:00 instead of 10:30...when we ask for a reasonable explanation, the staff (management included) laughed at us and the actual "manager" shut the collection window while we spoke to him. We did not use any foul language so the reason for his unprofessional behaviour was seriously unexplanable. Overall...the service was bad. I don't understand why the lady at the drive through order counter was laughing when we asked for the manager...I think she was not aware that the mic was still on...the service was bad!
