Bad service

I was at Chicken Licken Baragwanath at 20:06 placed my order and the meal that I required was not available so the cashier offered something else which I agreed and i told him that I don't want to wait others we were asked to wait 5 minutes. So the orders started coming n everything was gone so I went to the cashier to ask he told me that they don't have my order, after changing my order to what he suggested. So he started going at the back n came back to tell me that I must wait another 5 minutes the time was 20:27 so i asked for my refund and left.
