Bad service

Good day

I'm very unhappy with the service at chicken licken atteridgeville. According to their trading hours, the shop operates from 9:00 but to my surprise the store was closed and we did not get an apology or an explanation. They opened at 9:20' It's an inconvenience and the service was not satisfactory. I'm not impressed at all.
