Bad service

Hi

Was at Chicken Licken on the 8th of October and we received bad serbice from the entire staff members.. firstly the lady at the counter helped her friends who were at the back of the queue the after that they promised us the food will be ready in 12mins but waited for 45mins still nothing and when we ask the staff they say we must wait additional 7 to 8mins and still the food didnt come after those 8mins. The person who assisted us was Masisi
