Bad service

I m not happy about the service I have received from chicken licken at the Glen,I bought 8 piece ,4 regular and 4 hot ,how ever I only received 8 regular with no chips ,I m not happy I want my 4 hot chicken and chips because I pay full price its not far to pay more for less
