Bad service

Good morning

Hope this email finds you well. I've tried various ways to lay a complaint against Chicken licken and I came across this email address.

I'm very dissapointed with the service my husband and I where subjected to at Chicken Licken Smith Street. After a long day of running around at the Department of Labour. We finally had time to have lunch. We ordered a Rock my Soul 6 piece. All the pieces where centre breast no drumsticks or wings or thighs. We overlooked this because we where hungry. The pieces where either made in the morning or the previous day as they where so dry I almost choked on one. The bread rolls where crumbling from unfreshness. I checked the plastic for expiry date and it didn't have one.The last draw was the last piece that was oozing blood. I discreetly told the lady packing orders that my meal is uncooked as I know how much damage causing a scene can do to the Business image and reputation. She told me to bring the meal she will show the manager. Didn't get the managers name but she took the box said the meat is not cooked to her staff. Proceeded to pick another piece threw it in the same box we where eating from. No apologies or damage control I was then sent off to eat the replacement. Utterly disgusting behaviour from your staff. And you have definitely lost a customer.
