Bad service

I bought hot meat from chicken licken evaton mall and I had to return it twice because it wasn't hot. The manager refused to take the meat back and we had to argue for her to end up giving me just 1 sachet of hot sauce. It's not the first time they giving me something I did not order. Please train them on the hot meat they cook!! And teach the manager customer service... I just came from chicken licken now
