Bad service 15 minutes still waiting for order

I placed my order at 11:30 and waited all the other people that arrived after me got their orders and left. When I asked the cashier at 11:45 why is my order taking so long she told me it's still not ready they only going to prepare it now and it will take another 15 minutes. This is really unacceptable she did not even apologise I stood there and she helped other people I then told her to cancel my order. This is really BAD service I cannot believe one gets this kind of service after being the paying client. It is the Chicken Licken in the mall next to GALAXY. Please train your stuff to treat clients fairly. Management please look into this and address accordingly.
