Bad service

<p>I went to the Northriding Chicken Licken, went to the Flythru and specifically asked the lady not to put breasts in my meal, she then went on to put not only one but 3 breasts. When I asked why they doing this they said its the business' rule. What kind of a business implements such unjust rules?. If I am paying then surely I have the right to choose what I want. What is the point of buying what I dont eat, am i supposed to feed the breasts to my dogs?. </p> <p> </p> <p>They were so rude, including the manager. Please follow up on this sort of behavior and give feedback and also let me know if this is indeed a business rule. I cannot be forced to buy what I dont eat. If this is indeed the rule then put up a board that highlights this so that I do not waste my time next time. Teach your people(staff) about good customer service.</p>
