Bad Service

<p>I have a problem with the Chicken Licken in East Rand Mall they have a very bad service and a very horrible attitude towards customers. I always try and order food but they never deliver yet their pamphlets say they deliver. Today I was speaking to Bonginkosi who says his a "store manager" trying to order a meal for myself and my colleagues, I ended up not ordering because he hang up the phone on me while I was talking to him trying to get my order. They do this all the time. Customers don't deserve this treatment! They don't even deserve a rating.</p>
