Bad service

<p>On the 30th of May @ 17:45 I ordered 1x Rock my soul 3 and 3x Soulman load up tellephonically from Vodacom which is 2 robots away in the same street. I was told that the order should take about 20 minutes.I went to collect the order at 18:40. My order was not yet ready. The Rock my soul was not made. They said it will take 7 minutes.So I waited and received my full order at 19:01. I asked to speak to the manager Naomi. Her response was that the person that was dealing with my order did not see properly and had left already,that is why my order was not complete. So from the time I placed my order until I received it. It took them 1 hour 16 minutes to prepare it. It's not the first time this happened. The manager asks me to just leave it and not make a big fus about it. I don't appreciate such service since I'm paying for that food and not getting it for free. I request her head office number. She couldn't give it to me because she claims she don't know the number. She asked her staff, the lady couldn't give it because her phone is off. I then became furious and stormed out. It took me 2 minutes to get back to work because we 2 robots away. The food was cold and I did not enjoy the food. When I buy food. I don't expect to eat cold food since I paid for it.</p>
