bad service

I'm waiting outside chicken licken in boulders and they are not opened. Their staff is ignoring customers waiting outside even if we ask them why they are not opening they are not giving us an answer. This is unacceptable as their opening time is 9am. I will not come back to this store as they don't care about customer service. If you go to KFC they greet you as soon as you enter and they will serve you with a smile.
