Bad Service

Hi there, round about 12:45 - 13:00 I was at the Roodepoort CBD Chicken Licken my slip number is 10191 I ordered a lunch meal which goes with two pieces, a sly of bread, chips and salad. I specifically told the lady instead of a salad I would go for Atchaar. Not only were they extremely slow behind in the kitchen but they gave me the one with salad and once the call you in front to come collect your order they do not priorotise they instead pack the order of the person who is currently not there while you wait. The cashier lady had such a bad attitude even though I told her my order is ready now at the window can she please give it me. I ended up walking out with the box without any saviettes as I was already late going back to the office
