Bad service

I am not happy with Dobsonville chicken licken. I recieved a cold meal and never recieved proof of purchase for the meal I bought ...was assisted by Keabetse (cashier)..futher more...I requested to speak to a manager...spoke to Busi ( assistant manager), still not safised as the wings were not chiller and felt like they just warmed my meal to satisfy me. Please intervine!
