Bad rotten service

I have been trying to order on Mr d app at chicken licken trade route mall it has always been offline I then go to the store the manager at the store tells me I cannot order I log on to the app show him it is offline he den tells me dat I can come Bak Monday I later asked him so am I not gonna be helped he tells me yes I launched a complain with Mr d head office they sent me emails but nothing is being done until this far service at trade route mall chicken licken stinks I will never support u guys
