Bad Restaurant, full of dirty tricks

Im very disappointed at Chicken Licken at Cosmo mall. Last month on the 25th i ordered food and paid for it. unfortunately, the uber got lost around my work complex. So, they had to cancel the order and said i can reorder anytime again with them without any payment. But from Friday i tried to order and with no luck. I had no food for today, they are ****s.
